Can I move the text after adding it?

Yes. In the editor, the text is a separate layer you can drag to any position on the photo. You can also resize and rotate it.

Is the add text tool free?

Yes. Layercy's add text to photo tool is completely free with no signup, no watermark, and no usage limits.
